8,52 Mio. $ aus Mexiko

Ende Juli bekam ich Post aus Mexiko, gleich drei mal von zwei unterschiedlichen Absendern. Da wollte Mrs. Marha Taraba wohl sichergehen, dass ich die E-Mail auch wirklich erhalte, denn die bemitleidenswerte 75-jährige leidet an Brustkrebs und hat wohl nicht mehr lange zu leben. Ihr letzter Wunsch ist, dass ihr kleines Vermögen gut investiert und jährlich an wohltätige Organisationen gespendet wird.

Die E-Mail ist in guter englischer Sprache gehalten und dass die Formatierung nicht ganz geglückt ist, hängt vermutlich damit zusammen, dass es mit Schmerzen im Krankenbett nicht immer leicht ist, ein Notebook zu bedienen.

Eine Scam-Mail, die im August vom SPAM-Filter unbesehen durchrutschte, war die E-Mail von der guten Frau Cecilia Alfonso. Sie erinnert mich ein wenig an die E-Mail von Frau Tarabana, wenngleich es sich um eine knappere, schlecht formatierte, dafür aber deutschsprachige Zusammenfassung zu handeln scheint. Der Geldgeber hier ist ein verstorbener Bauunternehmer … aus Spanien!
